There are more than 600 regulatory acts that determine operations and transactions of precious stones and jewelry in Russia. MSU specialists are constantly in the monitoring process in the field of laws, acts and other regulations. Upon a client’s request there is a possibility to review a company’s business model in connection with legal and tax issue.

Information Services
Market of Rough and Polished Diamonds is a bulletin that is distributed by e-mail in pdf format. It is a joint project with Russian Diamond Chamber (Diamond Bourse) and Diamond World (leading diamond polishing center). Every issue contains 30-40 pages of fresh information: news, industry analyses, research results and market monitoring. The bulletin is issued in Russian.
